Introducing the 300-liter Rotary Column Still, a model that features a hinge that allows the emptying and reloading of the column when the essential oil from plants or flowers runs out.
With a capacity of 300 liters in the boiler and an approximate load of 30-40 kg of plants or flowers in the column, this still allows us to load and unload the column 3 to 5 times per distillation. Thanks to this process, we can distill 120 to 200 kg of plants or flowers per distillation.
The results are impressive, as we obtain between 250 and 275 liters of hydrolate and 600 to 800 ml of pure essential oil.
The still is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish and handles and nuts in shiny brass. All joints are welded to ensure their strength and durability.
