With a 500-liter capacity in the boiler and an approximate load of 80-90 kg of plants or flowers in the column, we can load and unload the column 3 to 5 times per distillation.
This allows us to distill from 270 to 400 kg of plants or flowers per distillation, obtaining 450 to 475 liters of hydrolate and 1.5 to 2 liters of pure essential oil.
Our still is made of 2.5 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish and bright brass handles and nuts, as well as welded joints to ensure durability.
